120ml milk 1 egg 2g salt 3g yeast 15g vegetable oil 300g high gluten wheat flour (you should be able to substitute it with bread flour) 1. Mix milk, egg, salt, yeast and oil well before adding the flour. Mix well. 2. Cover the mixture and let it rise till double the size. 3. Knead the dough and roll it to 1cm thickness 4. Cut your dough and layer 2 pieces together. Use a chopstick to press down the middle. 5. Let it rise in the air fryer (without heat) to 1.5times the size. 6. Brush it with oil and bake it in the air fryer for 15mins at 170°C
